Social Media Manager

1. Brand Ownership

• You will be fully responsible for the growth, visibility, and positioning of all company brand pages on Instagram and YouTube.
• You must own the content calendar, strategy, execution, and performance.

2. Content Strategy & Execution

• Build monthly and weekly content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead content ideation, scripting, and shooting plan in sync with the team.
• Ensure execution of all content formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Carousels, Long-form, YouTube Videos).
• Ensure aesthetic consistency, brand tone, and messaging across all posts.
• Plan and run trends-based experiments and real-time content.

3. Team Management & Collaboration

• Coordinate daily with strategists, editors, designers, and content writers to get content produced and delivered.
• Own the weekly planning and daily task delegation using Google Sheets or equivalent trackers.
• Ensure timely uploads, scheduling, and publishing as per calendar.
• Manage day-to-day feedback loops, quality control, and version finalization.

4. Community Management

• Actively engage with comments, DMs, story replies, and repost UGC/fan content when relevant.
• Build relationships with the audience and encourage community interaction.
• Monitor brand sentiment and relay insights to the team.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain a weekly and monthly performance dashboard on Google Sheets.
• Track:
• Follower growth
• Engagement rate
• Reach & impressions
• Content saves/shares/comments
• Lead/conversion insights (if applicable)
• Identify what’s working and what’s not and suggest tactical changes to strategy.

6. Platform Growth & Experimentation

• Proactively suggest and test content trends, hashtags, formats, and collaborations.
• Identify growth opportunities through giveaways, influencer tie-ups, or viral formats.
• Lead the execution of 1 new experiment/week (e.g., trend hijack, new posting time, content hook tests).
