Job Summary Are you passionate about crafting compelling content and building strong brand identities online? A fast-growing digital agency based in Chennai is looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social trends and knows how to drive real engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing social media for brands across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms Develop and maintain monthly content calendars Write creative and attention-grabbing captions and copies Collaborate with internal teams including design, content, and performance marketing Track performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations Stay updated with the latest platform algorithms, social trends, reels, memes, and digital news Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders for feedback and approvals Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in managing social media for brands Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Canva, etc. Strong understanding of content strategy, community management, and performance analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects Bonus: Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, or influencer marketing What We’re Looking For A creative thinker with a proactive mindset A trend-spotter who’s always ahead of the digital curve A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Schedule: Morning shift Application Question(s): Are you proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Canva ?
