Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Create Add campaign Meta Business & LinkedIn etc.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos.- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and engage with followers to build a positive community.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and report findings to management.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative.- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2- 4Years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• Comfortable in front of the camera.
• Understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Analytics (preferred).
• Good command of content writing, hashtags, and ad creatives
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
