About Respawn Media

Respawn Media is a Chennai-based creative studio building next-generation viral IPs at the intersection of math, pop culture and entertainment. Our flagship series **Big Math Theory** uses math-based humor inspired by *The Big Bang Theory* to hook millions across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and X.

What You'll Do

* Manage multiple IP pages: schedule and post content adapted for TikTok/Reels, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and X.

* Craft hooks, captions, hashtags and CTAs tailored to each platform to maximize virality and engagement.

* Plan monthly content calendars and research trends in pop culture, memes and social media.

* Coordinate with copywriters, editors and AI creators to keep the content pipeline smooth.

* Track analytics dashboards to spot what’s working, what’s not, and pivot quickly.

* Make calls on creative direction and platform adjustments based on trends and data.

* Engage with communities via comments, replies and timely trend participation.

* Use AI smartly to save time but never let it replace your original thinking.

Who You Are

* Lives on TikTok/X and understands their cultures inside-out.

* Has experience managing TikTok (bonus) and navigating its algorithm globally (despite the ban in India).

* Can tell us why a hook works on Reels but fails on YouTube Shorts.

* Loves analytics and pattern spotting.

* Thrives under deadlines and enjoys juggling multiple IPs.

* Proactively pitches new content ideas every week.

* Values original thought and uses AI as a tool, not a crutch.
