Key Responsibilities:Client & Business Management Act as the single point of contact for property owners (clients) and ensure their properties are well managed and optimized Onboard new homestay clients and assist them with setup, documentation, and listing Marketing & Sales Strategically market homestays on platforms, and social media Run paid promotions and organic campaigns to drive visibility and bookings Monitor competition, optimize pricing, and improve occupancy rates Collaborate with travel influencers, content creators, and agents to increase property reach. Revenue & Sales Growth Drive bookings directly through social media and brand website Track KPIs like occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and revenue per property Suggest and implement property upgrades to improve sales performance Requirements: 4+ years of Experience in hospitality, vacation rental management, or real estate services Knowledge of marketing, OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) Excellent communication and sales skills (client and guest-facing) Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties with attention to detail Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, PMS (Property Management Systems), and CRM platforms Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,719.27 - ₹60,972.39 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
