General Objective

We seek Social Media Manager who will develop and execute the company's social media strategy to build brand awareness and engage customers. Key responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, monitoring social channels, responding to comments, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date on trends

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement overall social media strategies and campaigns to achieve business goals, such as increasing followers and engagement.
  • Content creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content, which can include text, images, videos, and blog posts, tailored to each platform.
  • Community management: Monitor social media for mentions, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community to build relationships.
  • Analytics and reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and social media trends to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels and campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
  • Trend monitoring: Stay current on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to ensure the brand's strategy remains relevant.
