Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals. Manage and create content for all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-quality posts (graphics, videos, captions). Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions). Stay updated with social media trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices. Run paid social media ad campaigns and optimize for performance. Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations and campaigns. Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling ability. Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred). Experience with paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
