• Plan, schedule, and publish content (posts, reels, stories, captions)
• Write compelling, on-brand copy and storytelling content
• Develop and execute a clear social media growth strategy
• Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and overall aesthetic
• Collaborate on content ideation for upcoming episodes and seasons
• Strong understanding of wellness, mindset, and personal growth content
• Excellent grasp of Instagram, reels, hooks, and engagement strategies
• Creative, proactive, and ownership-driven
• Highly organised with a strong sense of brand identity and storytelling
• Prior experience managing social accounts or building communities is a plus
