Social Media Manager

strategy, storytelling, and AI-driven growth

What You’ll Do:

Design and execute data-driven social strategies across all major platforms.
Decode how algorithms think and use that to bend reach and retention in your favor.
Deploy AI tools (not ChatGPT-level, we mean real workflow automation, content analysis, and pattern recognition).
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and performance units to build integrated campaigns.
Track what matters: attention span, watch time, saves, and shares not vanity likes.
Build playbooks, not posts scalable systems that make growth predictable.

Who You Are:

3+ years of brand-side or agency experience managing multi-platform social ecosystems.
Obsessed with understanding why people scroll, skip, or stay.
Proficient with AI-powered creative tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Higgsfield + Midjourney + Opus + Synthesia + Notion AI or equivalent).
Fluent in content analytics, platform algorithms, and modern brand tone.
You don’t wait for trends you create them.
