Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, located in Surat with some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, optimizing social media performance, and communicating with the audience. The day-to-day tasks include crafting posts, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is beneficial
