Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and strategic Social Media Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the

  end-to-end social media strategy

  across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Build

  platform-specific content calendars

  in collaboration with design, content, and product teams.
• Write or edit

  posts, captions, scripts, and creatives

  with a strong understanding of voice, tone, and audience.
• Track key trends and conversations in investing, wealth tech, HNI behaviour — and respond in a timely, relevant way.
• Launch and manage

  paid campaigns

  for follower growth and engagement.
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise for reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Work with external creators, finfluencers, or media partners where relevant.
• Lead

  community engagement

  — from DM responses to comments and event-based activations.
• Partner with leadership and compliance to ensure content is aligned, accurate, and appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing or brand — preferably in

  fintech, wealth, or premium B2C

  segments.
• Sharp understanding of

  all social media platforms

  — their audiences, formats, and what drives performance.
• Prior experience managing teams, agencies or creators is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced, startup environment

  .
• Ability to

  translate financial concepts

  into clear, engaging, platform-friendly content.
• Understanding of investing, wealth, and financial concepts is a bonus.
