Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand & Communication Designer, located in Mumbai. The Brand & Communication Designer will be responsible for creating and managing visual communication materials, developing and maintaining branding strategies, and designing corporate graphics. The role involves working closely with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistency in visual messaging and supporting the company’s brand identity efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience creating social media content including posts, carousels, Instagram stories, infographics, and other digital marketing material
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, presentation decks, infographics, and platform-specific content across various social channel
• Ability to create content that drives engagement, follows, and conversions on social media
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of current design trends and best practices for social media
• Experienced in leveraging AI tools to accelerate design processes and craft fast, practical solutions for diverse day-to-day requirements
• Knowledge of wealth management or fintech industry will be useful
