Your job? Make i² the voice of India's creator revolution—on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Build & manage i² social presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
• Craft narratives that make creators feel seen:
• Create viral campaigns tied to festivals, contests, and cultural moments
• Engage communities across 175 languages, regional nuances
• Track metrics (follower growth, engagement, brand sentiment) and iterate
• Collaborate with creators for authenticity and UGC
• Develop content calendar aligned with contest launches

• 2–4 years managing social for startups, creator platforms, or brands
• Deep understanding of Gen Z/Millennial psychology and Indian cultural trends
• Portfolio showing viral campaigns or community growth (500K+ followers managed)
• Excel at storytelling – not just posting, but creating movement narratives
• Data-driven mindset – you iterate based on analytics, not gut
• Bilingual (Hindi + English minimum; regional languages 🏆)
• Scrappy, fast-moving, startup mentality

• Grow i² from 0 to 500K+ followers in 12 months
• Build engaged community (8–10% engagement rate vs. industry 1–3%)
• Drive app downloads via social campaigns
• Become voice of India's creator economy
