About the team

Social Media Manager highlights:

• Manage client social accounts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Create and own the content calendar: conceive ideas, write captions, plan formats (reels, carousels, stories).
• Produce and upload content (scheduling, basic editing, posting) and monitor performance.
• Communicate with clients in English; present updates and campaign results.
• Experiment with creative formats and A/B tests to drive engagement & growth.

• Reliable, coachable, and comfortable speaking in fluent English with clients.

Lead Generation Expert Intern

• You’ll learn and apply a variety of lead-generation methods — outreach, LinkedIn sourcing, cold email, creative content-led funnels, and paid/organic tactics — using our exclusive processes.
• We’ll train you step-by-step; you bring the curiosity, persistence, and willingness to test creative approaches. Must be comfortable communicating with foreign clients in English.
• This is a hands-on role with real client exposure and mentorship designed to turn strong performers into paid/full-time team members.
