Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can blend creativity with strategy — someone who knows how to turn AI-generated ideas into emotionally relevant, high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Caption & Content Selection

• Generate multiple caption options using ChatGPT (or other AI tools).
• Evaluate and select the most relevant, curiosity-provoking, and brand-aligned version.
• Edit and refine captions for tone, clarity, and engagement before posting.

2. Fact-Checking & Accuracy

• Verify all posts for spelling, grammar, brand tone, and factual accuracy.
• Research unfamiliar terms, especially for technical niches (e.g., aviation).
• Ensure zero errors — social media represents our brand face.

3. Analytical Thinking

• Track and analyse post performance across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor engagement metrics, timing performance, and creative types that perform best.
• Provide insights on what’s working — e.g., which hooks, creative formats, and platforms drive more engagement.

4. Content Planning & Trend Discovery

• Research and suggest new content ideas, trending topics, and relevant hooks per client industry.
• Stay updated on platform updates, viral formats, and new features (Reels, Shorts, Threads, etc.).
• Collaborate with Govind to brainstorm campaign themes and storytelling directions.

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare weekly or bi-weekly performance reports (reach, engagement, growth, and learnings).
• Translate data into actionable next steps.
• Maintain consistency and visual harmony across all client accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands.
• Strong English communication and writing/editing skills.
• Analytical mindset — ability to interpret numbers and spot content patterns.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Google Sheets, or Notion.
• Awareness of current social trends and ability to adapt content accordingly.
• Basic design sense or ability to coordinate with a designer/video editor.
• Attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable.

Bonus Skills

• Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid social, or content strategy.
• Experience across multiple industries (coaching, aviation, fashion, or marketing).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
