Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of multiple brands under a fast-growing business group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and monitoring content and campaigns across social media platforms. This role involves strategic planning, hands-on content production, ad campaign management, and performance tracking—all aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content calendars for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
  • Design creatives and produce visual content such as posters, brochures, reels, banners, and flyers.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit both short-form and long-form video content.
  • Schedule and publish content in line with the approved calendar.
  • Respond to social media queries, comments, and reviews within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for content production, campaign execution, and marketing requirements.
  • Manage social media accounts for different verticals under the group (e.g., hospitality, construction, workspaces).
  • Monitor and report on the performance of Meta ad campaigns and other paid promotions.
  • Track key digital metrics and submit detailed monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Oversee influencer collaborations, giveaway campaigns, and PR content with proper approvals.
  • Monitor Google Business pages, SEO tools, and maintain accuracy and visibility across listings.
  • Maintain organized archives of content, calendars, media assets, and reports.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to support internal branding and employee-focused content.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar digital role.
  • Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equIvalent tools).
  • Proficient in managing Meta Business Suite and other scheduling/analytics tools.
  • Good communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of branding and aesthetics.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital ad performance is a plus.
  • Experience handling multi-brand social media accounts is preferred.
