Job Description

Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor platform insights and analytics to measure performance and adjust strategy.
Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement in a timely and professional manner.
Develop monthly content calendars and campaigns aligned with organizational goals and current events.

Graphic Designing

Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, banners, reports, posters, and event creatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
Support program and fundraising teams with design needs (print & digital).

Video Editing

Shoot, edit, and produce short-form and long-form videos (testimonials, awareness reels, behind-the-scenes, campaign videos).
Add subtitles, motion graphics, and sound mixing when required.
Optimize videos for different platforms and audiences.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in managing social media, designing, and video editing (NGO/Development sector experience preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹46,552.80 per month
