Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Manager, located on-site in Ambala. The role will be more than the social media manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, optimizing social media performance, and fostering community engagement. Daily tasks include content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring analytics, and coordinating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy. You might need to give a hand with other tasks as well as this is a startup. Other tasks might include help with the blog writing, preparing the orders for dispatch, shooting the content etc.

You must have your own laptop.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
