Social Media Manager

Semicon Media runs CircuitDigest, one of India’s leading electronics and maker platforms. With over 120K YouTube subscribers and 46K Instagram followers, we publish DIY electronics projects, tutorials, reviews, and educational content for engineers, students, and hobbyists.

We are now looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to grow our online community, increase engagement, and take our YouTube and Instagram channels to the next level.

Qualification and Requirments:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management (preferably Instagram & YouTube).
• Strong understanding of short-form content (reels/shorts) and growth tactics.
• Basic design/editing skills (Canva/Photoshop or similar).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights).
• Passion for technology, DIY, or electronics is a big plus (not mandatory).
• Creative thinker with good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a content calendar for YouTube and Instagram.
• Repurpose articles and videos into short-form content (reels, shorts, carousels).
• Post content consistently and maintain brand voice and quality.
• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, polls, and Q&As.
• Track performance and provide weekly reports with insights and suggestions.
• Spot trends and propose new content ideas to grow followers and engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
