With over 120K YouTube subscribers and 46K Instagram followers, we publish DIY electronics projects, tutorials, reviews, and educational content for engineers, students, and hobbyists. We are now looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to grow our online community, increase engagement, and take our YouTube and Instagram channels to the next level. Qualification and Requirments: 1–3 years of experience in social media management (preferably Instagram & YouTube). Strong understanding of short-form content (reels/shorts) and growth tactics. Basic design/editing skills (Canva/Photoshop or similar). Familiarity with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights). Passion for technology, DIY, or electronics is a big plus (not mandatory). Creative thinker with good communication skills. Responsibilities: Create and manage a content calendar for YouTube and Instagram. Repurpose articles and videos into short-form content (reels, shorts, carousels). Post content consistently and maintain brand voice and quality. Engage with the community through comments, DMs, polls, and Q&As. Track performance and provide weekly reports with insights and suggestions. Spot trends and propose new content ideas to grow followers and engagement.
