Duration: 2 months unpaid training + 4 months paid internship Stipend: Paid after the training period + Bonus based on performance metrics Location: Remote (preferably based in Jaipur) Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Management Intern to help grow our digital presence, engage with our community, and support brand-building efforts. This is a hands-on internship ideal for individuals passionate about content creation, online trends, and brand storytelling. Daily Responsibilities: • Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Research industry trends and identify content opportunities • Engage with followers, reply to comments/messages, and build community • Assist in creating reels, graphics, and promotional content • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for campaign execution • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery • Provide weekly updates and growth reports Required Skills: • Strong communication and copywriting skills • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools (preferred) • Ability to manage time and tasks independently • Enthusiastic about storytelling and brand engagement • Prior experience in managing social pages (preferred but not mandatory)
