Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s social presence and support digital commerce visibility. The ideal candidate will be proactive, trend-savvy, and skilled in content creation, script writing, approvals, and e-commerce listings to ensure a seamless brand experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement social media strategy aligned with business goals.

● Oversee end-to-end content creation (posts, videos, reels, stories, blogs).

● Write, review, and approve scripts for campaigns, video content, and influencer collaborations.

● Manage brand presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.).

● Plan, execute, and optimize both organic and paid social media campaigns.

● Collaborate with creative, performance, and sales teams for integrated marketing efforts.

● Track KPIs (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare performance reports.

● Stay ahead of industry and platform trends to keep campaigns innovative.

● Coordinate e-commerce listings for products on Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms, ensuring accurate product information, visibility, and brand consistency.

● Support catalog updates and optimization to improve discoverability and sales.

● Mentor junior team members and ensure timely campaign delivery.

Requirements:

● 6–8 years of experience in social media management.

● Strong expertise in social media campaigns + e-commerce platform listings.

● Proven track record in scaling brand presence across digital & e-commerce channels.

● Hands-on knowledge of Blinkit, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other e-commerce dashboards.

● Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics.

● Excellent skills in script writing, content approvals, and campaign storytelling.

● Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization abilities.

● Leadership and team management experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
