Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the strategy, content planning, execution, and performance tracking across various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for different brands. Plan and schedule content calendars for all social platforms. Work closely with the design and content team to create engaging creatives, captions, and reels. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community. Run and optimize paid social media campaigns. Track performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Insights, and Google Analytics. Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and social innovations. Prepare monthly performance reports and strategy recommendations. Manage influencer and collaboration activities where applicable. Requirements 4–13 years of proven experience in social media management for brands or agencies. Strong understanding of each platform’s best practices, ad formats, and analytics. Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics dashboards. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple brands simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
