Job Title: Client Servicing Executive – Digital Marketing

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping brands create impactful campaigns, boost online presence, and drive measurable results. We’re looking for a dynamic and organized Client Servicing Executive to be the bridge between our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client objectives and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
Coordinate with creative, social media, and performance marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and present performance reports, campaign updates, and new ideas to clients.
Build strong relationships to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management (digital marketing agency experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (Social Media, SEO, PPC, Influencer Marketing)
Proficiency in Excel Sheets,Google and need good communication in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
