What You'll Do

  • Own the calendar:

     Plan, ideate, and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram (primary), YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Make the work:

     Script, shoot, and edit high-retention short-form videos; design quick, on-brand creatives in Canva/Adobe; draft hooks, captions, and CTAs.
  • Community love:

     Reply to DMs/comments, run story formats, and turn followers into superfans while keeping Sknly’s playful-premium tone tight.
  • Creators & UGC:

     Source and brief creators, manage gifting/PR seeding and deliverables, and repurpose UGC with clear usage rights.
  • Launch with polish:

     Co-lead shoot moodboards, on-set capture, asset organization, and go-live rollouts for product drops and brand moments.
  • Measure what matters:

     Track saves, shares, ER, audience growth, watch time, CTR/UTM performance, and social-led revenue; report insights and iterate weekly.
  • Partner across growth:

     Work with performance to spin organic winners into paid variants (hooks, cuts, formats) and keep messaging consistent across touchpoints.
  • Keep the brand tidy:

     Ensure every asset follows our look/feel (icons, fonts, copy, color) and evolves with the playbook.


Who You Are

  • 1-2 years

     in social/content for beauty, D2C, or lifestyle (agency or startup).
  • portfolio of Reels/Shorts

     you’ve personally produced (show retention, not just aesthetics).
  • Hands-on with 

    CapCut/Adobe Premiere (basic), Lightroom/Photoshop or Canva

    , and scheduling tools (Later/Meta Suite/etc.).
  • Strong creative writing for 

    hooks, scripts, and captions

     that convert views into engagement and clicks.
  • Comfortable 

    planning and coordinating shoots

     (UGC, behind-the-scenes, founder POV).
  • Data-curious with clear understanding of ER, watch-time, and what makes content save-worthy.
  • Organized, proactive, and calm during launch weeks; open to occasional evening/weekend moments around big drops.


Nice to have

  • Experience with 

    influencer ops/PR seeding

     and social commerce (tags, link-in-bio).
  • Basic 

    Shopify

     knowledge.
  • Comfortable being 

    on-camera

     when needed.
