We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our social media campaigns across all major social channels. You should have a strong grasp of current social media tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. A MUST for us: (else please don't apply) In-depth understanding of Social Media platforms - Both, Organic and Paid. We will ask for case studies, proven track records, and scenario-specific questions. Minimum 4 - 5 years of work experience. Minimum 2 years of experience managing a Team (can be out of total work experience) Strong verbal and written communication skills as you will be required to audit certain content. Must have worked on developing Ad campaigns, and sales conversion funnels and know how social media lead generation works. Must have used a social media content scheduler before. Must have in-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads and you have an added advantage if you know LinkedIn Ads. Key Responsibilities Develop social media strategy for our clients Create original content / monthly deck ideations. Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients You will be all ears to the new social media trends and work on idea creation to implement various social media activities Develop a well-thought-out social media content calendar for clients onboard and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement for them using Organic & Paid channels. Maintain our social media editorial calendar by working closely with other members of the social media team to research, direct the content writer, audit, and publish the social content. Must know Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Organic & Paid. You have an advantage if you have managed LinkedIn Ads previously or in your current role. Monitor and report on the performance of using social marketing tools and derive data from Google Analytics. Coordinate with the graphic designer(s) and content writer to create engaging social media posts and content. Campaign Management & Branding - Ideation to Implementation Participate in social groups to increase brand awareness. Bring in fresh ideas, and strategies and stay updated with Social Media Trends. Qualifications Candidates with a graduate degree in Mass Media and Communications or any related disciplines would be preferred. Candidates with 4-5 years of work experience will be preferred.
