Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage daily content creation and scheduling across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and copywriters to produce compelling content.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, traffic, conversions).
• Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant community.
• Coordinate and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, product launches, and brand messaging.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand partners.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of growing and managing social media channels.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, or Buffer.
• Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid media is a plus.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
