Job Description

creative and data-driven Social Media Manager


  • Develop and execute a

    social media strategy

    tailored for fashion e-commerce, across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Manage a

    content calendar

    in coordination with marketing and design teams to ensure timely promotions and seasonal relevance.
  • Oversee the creation of

    visual and video content

    (reels, stories, carousels, ads) in line with current fashion trends and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with influencers and manage

    UGC campaigns

    to build brand trust and community.
  • Monitor social performance using tools like

    Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics

    , and prepare regular reports.
  • Run and optimize

    paid social media campaigns

    to drive product discovery and sales.
  • Engage with followers daily—responding to comments, DMs, and managing brand voice.


Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in

    social media management

    , preferably in fashion or lifestyle e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of

    social commerce tools

    , algorithms, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Proficiency in

    Canva, Adobe Suite, scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)

    , and basic video editing.
  • Experience in

    influencer marketing

    , brand storytelling, and audience growth.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
