Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – Social Media Marketing (International) Department: Marketing Location: [Kolkata-Hybrid] Experience Level: 1–5 years We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to strengthen the brand presence, increase engagement, and drive qualified traffic and leads.   Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and Pinterest. Manage day-to-day activities including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social channels to maximize ROI. Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visual and video content that resonates with the target audience. Track, analyse, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite/Buffer. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to enhance performance. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and online reputation management. Preferred Skills: Proven experience (1–5 years) managing social media platforms for brands or agencies. Strong understanding of organic and paid social media growth strategies. Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.). Proficiency in ad campaign management and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics). Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns for international markets, including the US, UK, and other European countries. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Basic design or video editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.) is a plus. Creative thinker with strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Certification in Digital Marketing / Meta Blueprint / Google Ads. Experience running lead generation or eCommerce campaigns. Understanding of influencer marketing and UGC strategies. Performance Indicators (KPIs): Growth in followers, engagement rate, and reach. ROI on paid social media campaigns. Website traffic and lead generation from social platforms. Brand sentiment and community engagement quality.
