We’re expanding and looking for our next team player - a creative strategist who has mastered the art of organic brand-building and personal branding for founders. Someone who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content and ground-breaking strategies.


What You’ll Do:

👉 Plan, craft, and execute social media/content strategies for organic growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

👉 Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with brand and business goals.

👉 Create or coordinate high-quality multimedia content - short-form videos, reels, carousels, customer highlights, newsletters, infographics, etc.

👉 Elevate founder personal branding by turning stories into impactful, viral campaigns.

👉 Spot trends before they explode and adapt them into brand narratives.

👉 Build communities, spark conversations, and grow audiences organically.

👉 Manage and grow affiliate programs.

👉 Maintain platform hygiene - timely responses to DMs, comments, mentions, and reviews.

👉 Track engagement metrics, optimize strategies for reach and relevance, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

👉 Research, conceptualize, and deliver original content aligned with brand positioning.

👉 Collaborate with internal/external teams, manage clients, and ensure smooth delivery and measurable results.


What We’re Looking For:

👉 4+ years of agency experience (agency background is a must).

👉 Proven track record of delivering organic growth for brands & personal brands (show us the numbers!).

👉 Deep knowledge of algorithms, trends, and organic engagement tactics.

👉 Experience in developing, pitching, and executing winning strategies.

👉 Exceptional communication, storytelling, and team management skills.

👉 Strong client management experience.

👉 Independent and proactive - someone who takes ownership and shows leadership.

👉 Hands-on experience with both B2B & D2C growth.

👉 AI-native mindset - skilled in prompt engineering and adept at leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, accelerate workflows, and scale efficiency.

👉 Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment where creativity meets strategy.

👉 Prior experience with global clients is a plus.
