Social Media Manager cum Content Creator

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager cum Content Creator who can develop, execute, and manage creative social media strategies and content that align with our brand’s goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of major social platforms, content trends, and brand storytelling to engage audiences and grow our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging, original content (posts, reels, videos, graphics, etc.) aligned with the brand’s voice
• Handle daily posting, community management, and follower engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for campaign execution
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and content innovations
• Manage paid campaigns and boost posts to increase reach and ROI (preferred)
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content (basic video editing is a plus)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong sense of design
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Basic photography/videography skills
• Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies
