Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager cum Content Creator who can develop, execute, and manage creative social media strategies and content that align with our brand’s goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of major social platforms, content trends, and brand storytelling to engage audiences and grow our digital presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Create engaging, original content (posts, reels, videos, graphics, etc.) aligned with the brand’s voice Handle daily posting, community management, and follower engagement Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for campaign execution Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and content innovations Manage paid campaigns and boost posts to increase reach and ROI (preferred) Shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content (basic video editing is a plus) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English (Hindi is a plus) Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.) Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong sense of design Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: Basic photography/videography skills Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies Perks: Creative freedom & brand ownership Growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment Flexible working hours (as per company policy) Work with a passionate and driven team To Apply: Send your resume, portfolio (or social media handles managed), and a short cover letter to thestarveda@gmail.com.
