Social Media & Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging content in Malayalam & English
• Develop and execute effective social media strategies
• Handle content creation, posting, and scheduling
• Manage the social media team
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest trends, reels, and viral formats
• Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, queries)
• Ensure clear communication and timely reporting

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience

  in social media management or content creation (agency experience preferred)
• Must be

  fluent in Malayalam & English

  (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of tools like

  Meta Business Suite

  ,

  Canva

  , or

  scheduling tools

  (Later, Buffer, etc.)
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and audience behavior
