Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Digital Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and managing high-quality, engaging video and digital content that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives and brand voice across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a video content calendar aligned with overall marketing goals
• Create fun, educational, trendy, and visually compelling video content for digital and social platforms
• Curate platform-specific content tailored to different audience segments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and product messaging
• ● Collaborate with the marketing team to host engaging events such as Twitter Spaces, Instagram, Podcast, etc.
• ● Monitor and analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies as needed ● Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.t
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on insights
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, formats, and technologies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences
• A portfolio showcasing video creation and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong hosting and presentation skills for podcasts and audio platforms
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative and original content ideas
