You will be working as a Social Media Manager at Soraya Luxe Silver Jewelry, a premium silver jewelry startup dedicated to creating anti-tarnish, high-quality jewelry. Your role will involve enhancing the online presence, increasing engagement, and expanding the audience of the brand. Key Responsibilities: - Increase Reel views and followers organically to boost brand visibility. - Plan and execute strategies for social media growth and engagement. - Daily posting of Reels, graphics, carousels, and stories on various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts. - Engage with followers, reply to DMs and comments, and foster a strong community. - Create daily content focusing on jewelry styling, educational posts, and trend-based Reels. - Brainstorm and produce styling Reels, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes videos. - Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with the brand's luxury appeal. - Edit high-quality Reels and videos, design engaging graphics using Canva or Adobe Suite. - Stay updated with trending Reel formats, transitions, and viral audio. - Plan and oversee model photoshoots, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and storytelling. - Develop data-driven strategies, monitor analytics to refine content strategies, and identify viral trends in the jewelry niche. - Identify and collaborate with influencers and creators for brand promotion, manage brand partnerships and gifting campaigns. Requirements: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the Fashion/Jewelry industry. - Strong understanding of Instagram growth, viral content strategies, and engagement tactics. - Proficiency in Canva (Photoshop, Premiere Pro is a plus), video editing for Reels & short-form content. - Fluent in English (written and spoken) for effective communication. - Strong sense of aesthetic and luxury brand positioning. - Ability to plan, execute, and manage photoshoots with a creative vision. - Highly organized and capable of multitasking effectively.
