About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can strategize, manage, and grow our brand presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about trends, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Create and design social media posts, hook lines, thumbnails, and campaigns.
  • Manage and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or other editing/design software to create engaging content.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, ROI).
  • Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms to optimize performance.
  • Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, audience interaction).
  • Handle paid ad campaigns and boost strategies for growth.
  • Innovate with fresh campaign ideas to keep the brand ahead of competitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager (2–5 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Creative copywriting skills for hooks, captions, and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Canva and other design/editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Ability to create content calendars and manage multiple pages/accounts.
  • Knowledge of paid ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads preferred).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, design, and engagement.
