Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across all platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands how to build and engage online communities, and knows how to use social media to support brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Content Creation & Management
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to develop multimedia assets.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting and brand consistency.
  • Community Engagement
  • Actively monitor, engage, and respond to followers and comments.
  • Foster meaningful connections with the online community and influencers.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as engagement, growth, reach, conversions, and ROI.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend adjustments to improve results.
  • Collaboration
  • Coordinate with marketing, PR, product, and sales teams to support campaigns and launches.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience managing social media for brands or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with visual storytelling and using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in paid social advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing integration.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and user-generated content campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,445.92 - ₹28,503.99 per month
