To expand our digital presence and connect with a wider audience, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who can also be the face of our brand in videos. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & On-Camera Presence Be the face of the brand in videos, reels, and live sessions for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Confidently present product showcases, styling tips, brand stories, and trend updates in English and Hindi. Social Media Management Develop, plan, and execute engaging content strategies across all social media channels. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement. Monitor industry trends, hashtags, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant. Creative Strategy & Research Generate innovative ideas for campaigns, contests, collaborations, and storytelling to enhance brand image. Research competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth. Brainstorm creative concepts aligned with jewelry, fashion, and lifestyle industries. Analytics & Performance Track social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, follower growth). Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns. Collaboration Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to create impactful content. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers for collaborations. Requirements Female candidate with strong on-camera presence and confidence. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (spoken & written). Prior experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or content creation. Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Creative thinker with the ability to ideate, script, and present engaging content. Good research skills with the ability to analyze competitors and market trends. Knowledge of jewelry/fashion/luxury industry will be an added advantage. Basic understanding of photo/video editing tools or willingness to learn. Preferred Qualities Passionate about fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle content. Energetic, presentable, and camera-friendly personality.
