We are hiring a Social Media Manager / Growth Partner to work full-time remotely, collaborating closely with wellness creators. This is a unique chance for a passionate social media enthusiast to apply their skills in a fast-moving startup environment

You’ll help creators convert their social audiences into loyal app users through savvy strategies, hands-on content ideas, and dedicated coaching. If you live and breathe social media trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, and are eager to grow your career working with health and wellness brands, keep reading

What you'll do

• Own social media strategy and execution for multiple creator apps
• Brainstorm and generate viral, engaging content ideas that drive installs and engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for creators, helping them stay accountable and innovate
• Monitor social media insights and optimise campaigns continuously
• Work cross-functionally with growth marketing and product teams for integrated success
• Stay constantly updated on emerging social trends and platform updates
• Help build vibrant, engaged communities to improve app retention and monetisation

What we are looking for

• 0-2 years of experience with a strong passion for social media
• Deep understanding of social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook
• Demonstrated interest in wellness, fitness, or mental health is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn data-driven marketing
• Proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to own projects
• Flexibility to work across time zones
