• Developing Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and other relevant teams to develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Content Creation and Curation: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.), including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Curate user-generated content when applicable.
• Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing schedules across platforms, taking into account peak engagement times and relevant events or trends.
• Community Management: Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages. Engage with the audience by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and in a professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and address any concerns or complaints effectively.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.) to measure the performance of social media campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing. Experiment with new features and strategies to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.
• Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure social media efforts are integrated and aligned with broader business objectives.
• Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels, ensuring that messaging and visuals reflect the company's brand identity and values.
• Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle social media crises or negative publicity effectively and professionally, including developing response strategies and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers or brand advocates to expand reach, increase brand credibility, and drive engagement.

Candidates must have their own laptop for this role. This is a mandatory requirement.
