• Community Management: Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages. Engage with the audience by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and in a professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and address any concerns or complaints effectively.
• Social Media Advertising: Create and manage social media advertising campaigns across platforms (such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, monitoring, and optimization to drive desired outcomes.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.) to measure the performance of social media campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing. Experiment with new features and strategies to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.
• Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure social media efforts are integrated and aligned with broader business objectives.
