We specialize in producing TV commercials, corporate films, brand communication, outdoor media strategy, and digital marketing services such as lead generation, online reputation management, and social media marketing across India.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Business Strategist to lead and execute social media strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and engage target audiences effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Design and implement content strategies for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Analyze social media insights and campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and media buying teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on key metrics and KPIs; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Manage and mentor a team of social media executives.
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-4years of proven experience in social media marketing and strategy.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform algorithms.
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
