Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative at Brandmaker333 Media Solutions located in Mumbai. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and managing client accounts. Your day-to-day tasks will include communication with clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and managing the financial aspects of client accounts.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Coordination with VO artist and the production team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
• Experience in customer service or client management
• Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
