Responsibilities

• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and audience engagement opportunities.
• Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals.
• Manage public relations efforts by crafting press releases and responding to media inquiries as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.
