This person will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and growing our online presence.

Position Overview:

As the Social Media Manager at Chombooka, you will be the voice of our brand across all social platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in content creation, graphic design, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy for Chombooka across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok).
• Content Creation & Management:
• Plan, create, and publish engaging, high-quality content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories.
• Curate and manage all published content (images, videos, written and audio/podcasts).
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
• Graphic Design:
• Design and create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other visual content for social media using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
• Develop templates and brand guidelines for social media visuals to maintain consistency.
• Community Engagement:
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Engage with our followers and the wider community to build a strong brand relationship.
• Run social media polls and Q&A sessions to boost engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all social media campaigns using tools like native platform analytics or third-party software.
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future content and campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Strategist, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools.
• Demonstrable experience in creating and managing social media content.
• Required proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating engaging visual content.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and analytics.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• A passion for the Chombooka brand and its mission.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with video editing software .
• Experience in running paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
