Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to manage our day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:
• Oversee the daily production schedule, ensuring all products, particularly those from the UV printing line, are completed efficiently and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure production files are correct and ready for printing.
• Manage and maintain production machinery, including the UV printer, and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to guarantee that all products meet our high standards before they are shipped.
• Inventory & Stock Management:
• Monitor and manage raw material stock levels, including acrylic sheets, inks, and packaging materials.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and work with suppliers to restock materials as needed.
• Maintain an organized and clean production area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Handle order processing and fulfillment for our e-commerce marketplace channels (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Ensure all orders are packed correctly and shipped on time.
• Work with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
• Team & Customer Handling:
• Supervise the production team, providing guidance and training to ensure they are productive and follow all procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries regarding orders, product details, and shipping status.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive brand experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a production or operations role, preferably in a manufacturing or e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic technical knowledge of printing equipment, particularly UV printers, is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
