● Build and execute social strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
● Plan, create, and manage content including reels, posts, videos, and carousels.
● Track performance, analyze numbers, and tweak for better engagement.
● Respond to DMs, comments, and conversations. Grow the community.
● Maintain a content calendar with consistent, on time posting.
● Work with designers, copywriters, and ad teams to launch campaigns.
● Stay sharp on platform updates, trends, and best practices.
● 1-3+ years in social media management, preferably at an agency
● Strong grasp of platform algorithms and engagement strategies
● Experience with paid campaigns and audience targeting
● Excellent writing and storytelling skills
● Data driven mindset with strong analytical chops
● Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple timelines
