Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals. Manage day-to-day content planning, posting, and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.). Create engaging and visually appealing content in collaboration with the creative and design team. Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitors to optimize strategy. Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to track growth and ROI. Work with influencers and brand collaborators for social promotions . Stay updated with latest platform features, algorithms, and best practices. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in social media management (fashion/lifestyle brand experience preferred). Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest. Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite. Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Strong understanding of analytics and growth metrics. Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for brand storytelling. Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools. Experience in influencer marketing. Understanding of paid media campaigns.
