Social Media Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1–3 Years (AdTech / Agency social media handling experience required)

Note: This is a full-time, Gurgaon-based position - remote work or work-from-home is not an option.

About This Role:

Social Media Manager

You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand voice, creating content that connects, and executing campaigns that build awareness and engagement across all social media channels.

From brainstorming viral ideas to optimizing performance, you’ll own the full social journey - strategy, content, and results.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end social media strategy, content, and execution
• Create trend-driven content (reels, carousels, stories, videos) for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• Stay updated with platform trends, tools, and features
• Manage content calendars and collaborate with design & strategy teams
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement & reach
• Drive brand awareness and audience growth across markets

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management (agency/brand experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn trends and analytics
• Ability to ideate and create content - Visual + Copy
• Excellent communication & storytelling skills
• Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset
• A proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.

• Existing global network of advertisers/agencies is a plus
