Role Overview

We’re looking for a social-first, trend-obsessed manager who understands storytelling, analytics, and the travel-rewards space. Your job is simple:

Make AceMyTravel go viral. Every week. Across every platform.

You’ll lead content planning, growth strategy, engagement, creators, and editors, and coordinate daily output with the founding team. Think: fast, fun, high-quality execution.

What You’ll Do

Content & Strategy

• Own the entire content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn.
• Plan & script hooks, series, POV reels, travel hacks, points breakdowns.
• Repurpose content into cross-platform variants (5 platforms).
• Build storytelling around the World Tour itinerary and luxury redemptions.

Growth & Analytics

• Track platform analytics and adjust strategy weekly.
• Identify what’s hitting, what’s flopping, and why — then iterate fast.
• Conduct keyword, trend, and audio research for every post.
• Drive follower growth, saves, shares, and DM conversions.

Brand & Community

• Develop AceMyTravel’s voice: fun, hype, clean, helpful, premium.
• Reply to comments and DMs with personality.
• Coordinate with travelers, influencers, hotels, and brand partners.
• Manage UGC creators and editors for speed + consistency.

Operations

• Organize footage from the World Tour and create storyboards.
• Optimize thumbnails, captions, hashtags, and SEO.
• Build standard operating processes for content, approvals, and posting.
• Prepare outreach decks for brand partnerships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of social media or content creation experience.
• Strong understanding of short-form vertical content.

Base Compensation

• Market-competitive monthly salary depending on experience and portfolio quality.

Performance Incentives

• Monthly performance bonuses tied to growth metrics such as views, follower growth, saves, shares, and content output.
• Additional bonuses for viral hits, major brand partnerships, or campaigns that directly drive revenue.
